NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAG OF PLAINFIELD
PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS
On Tuesday evening, February 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan
Commission of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Hall Board Room, 24401 W. Lockport
Street, Plainfield, Illinois, for the purpose of hearing and considering testimony as to the annexation
of Parcel 1 & 3, which is approximately 55 acres into the Village of Plainfield and a special use
permit to allow a Planned Development of 115 single-family detached homes on approximately 65
acres. The subject property is located generally west of Drauden Road and south of Route 126 in
Will County, Illinois and legally described as follows:
PARCEL 1 (PIN 06-03-17-100-025-0010): The North 726 Feet Of The West Half Of The
Northwest Fractional Quarter Of Section 17, Township 36 North, Range 9 East Of The Third
Principal Meridian, Excepting Therefrom The West 630 Feet Of The North 692 Feet, In Will
