NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLAINFIELD PLAN COMMISSION PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS
On Tuesday evening, March 5, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan
Commission of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Hall Board Room, 24401 W. Lockport
Street, Plainfield, Illinois, for the purpose of hearing and considering testimony as to the annexation
of approximately 2 acres into the Village of Plainfield and a rezoning from R-1 Low Density Single
Family Residential District to I-1 Office, Research, and Light Industrial District for the property
located at 12191 S. Rhea Drive ( PIN 07-01-27-101-026-0000) in Will County, Illinois and legally
described as follows:
Lot 14 In Wolf Creek Industrial Park Unit 2, Being A Subdivision Of The Part Of The West Half
Of The Northwest Quarter Of Section 27, In Township 37 And North Range 9, East Of The
Third Principal Meridian, Lying South Of The Southerly Line Of Wolf Creek Industrial Park,
According To The Plat Therefor Recorded June 23, 1999 As Document No. R88-27500, In Will
County, Illinois
An accurate map of the subject property is on file with the Village Clerk.
All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be
heard.
