NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLAINFIELD PLAN COMMISSION PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS
On Tuesday evening, March 5, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan
Commission of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Hall Board Room, 24401 W. Lockport
Street, Plainfield, Illinois, for the purpose of hearing and considering testimony as to the annexation
of approximately 2 acres into the Village of Plainfield and a rezoning from R-1 Low Density Single
Family Residential District to I-1 Office, Research, and Light Industrial District for the properties
located at 23855 W. Andrew Road (PIN 07-01-27-108-002-0000) and 12249 S. Rhea Drive ( PIN
07-01-27-108-001-0000) in Will County, Illinois and legally described as follows:
23855 W. Andrew Rd. - Lot 6 In Wolf Creek Industrial Park Unit 2, Being A Subdivision Of
The Northwest Quarter Of Section 27, Township 37 North Range 9, East Of The Third Principal
Meridian, All In Will County, Illinois
12249 S. Rhea Dr. - Lot 5 In Wolf Creek Industrial Park Unit 2, Being A Subdivision Of The
Northwest Quarter Of Section 27, Township 37 North Range 9, East Of The Third Principal
Meridian, All In Will County, Illinois
An accurate map of the subject property is on file with the Village Clerk. All interested parties are
invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
