NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD
PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS
On Tuesday evening May 21, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission
of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Hall Board Room, 24401 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield,
Illinois, to consider a petition for special use permit to allow a private recreation facility to be located
in the I-1, Office, Research, and Light Industrial District, on the property known as 13717 S. Route
30, Unit 105 and 107 , in the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois, as legally described below:
Lot 5 In Plainfield Small Business Park, Being As Subdivision of Part Of The Northwest Quarter Of
Section 4, Township 36 North, Range 9 East, In Will County, Illinois PIN: 06-03-04-106-002-0000
All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be
heard.
