NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD
PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS
On Tuesday evening July 2, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission
of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Hall Board Room, 24401 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield,
Illinois, to consider a petition for special use permit to allow a Planned Unit Development on the
parcels generally located at the southwest corner of Renwick Road and US Route 30 as legally
described below, in the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois, as legally described below:
Parcel 1 (06-03-22-206-030-0000): Lot 1 In Avery Acres Unit Two, Being A Resubdivision Of Lot 2
In Avery Acres Unit One, Being A Subdivision Of Part Of The Northeast Quarter Of Section 22,
Township 36 North, Range 9, East Of The Third Principal Meridian, According To The Plat Thereof
Recorded December 28, 2005 As Document No R2005-228415, Except That Part Deeded To The
People Of The State Of Illinoi, Department Of Transportation, Deed Recorded January 24, 2014 As
Document Number R2014-007406, In Will County, Illinois.
Parcel 2 (06-03-22-206-029-0000) And Parcel 3 (06-03-22-206-031-0000): Lots 2 And 3 In Avery
Acres Unit Two, Being A Resubdivision Of Lot 2 In Avery Acres Unit One, Being A Subdivision Of
Part Of The Northeast Quarter Of Section 22, Township 36 North, Range 9 East Of The Third
Principal Meridian, According To The Plat Thereof Recorded December 28, 2005 As Document
Number R2005-228415, Excepting Therefrom That Part Of Lot 3 Taken By Department Of
Transportation Of The State Of Illinois By Condemnation Case 14ED0008, In Will County, Illinois.
