NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD
PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS
On Tuesday evening July 2, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission
of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Hall Board Room, 24401 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield,
Illinois, to consider a petition for special use permit to allow a banquet facility, which most closely
corresponds to the use classification of “Lodge, fraternal and civic assembly” in the Village of
Plainfield Zoning Code at 24216 W. Lockport Street (PIN 06-03-09-403-047-0000), in the Village of
Plainfield, Will County, Illinois, as legally described below. This use requires a special use permit in
the B-5 Zoning District.
That Part Of Lots 8 And 9, In Assessor's Subdivision Of Block 4, Of Arnold's Addition To Plainfield
Of Section 9 Township 36 North, Range 9, East Of The Third Principal Meridian,, Described As

Minutes 00 Seconds West On The South Line Of Lot 9 A Distance Of 130.45 Feet To The Point Of
Beginning; Thence North 13 Degrees 06 Minutes 56 Seconds East, 25.0 Feet; Thence North 12

Part Thereof Falling Within Lot 7.
