Lockport Street, Plainfield, Illinois, to consider a petition for special use permit to allow a banquet facility, which most closely corresponds to the use classification of “Lodge, fraternal and civic assembly” in the Village of Plainfield Zoning Code at 24216 W. Lockport Street (PIN 06-03-09-403-047-0000), in the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois, as legally described below. This use requires a special use permit in the B-5 Zoning District.
