NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD
PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS
On Monday evening, June 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Village
President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Plainfield in the Village Hall Board Room, 24401 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield, Illinois, for the purpose of hearing and considering testimony regarding an amendment to the annexation agreement for the property located at 13533 & 13710 S.
Essington Rd. (PIN 06-03-02-200-007-0000) known as Essington Sports Group, LTD located in the
Village of Plainfield, Illinois. The subject property is legally described as follows:
The East Half Of The Northeast Quarter Of Section 2, Township 36 North, Range 9 East Of The
Third Principal Meridian, Lying Northwesterly Of The Northwesterly Right-Of-Way Line Of
Illinois State Highway Route 126, Excepting Therefrom That Part Dedicated For Highway
Purposes By Document Number R72-26973, Will County, Illinois.
