HEREBY DIRECTED TO PAY, OUT OF THE FUNDS NAMED HEREON, TO EACH OF
THE CLAIMANTS LISTED ABOVE, THE AMOUNT OF WARRANT APPEARENG
OPPOSITE THEIR RESPECTIVE NNAMES. FOR THE PURPOSE STATED 0--1-1- THE
