Wayne Neddermeyer, Arthur Theis, Raymond Bosch, Donald
DesLauriers and William Mills.present.
Moved by Donald Des Lauriers that we accept the plans and specifications
for surfacing Willow Drive and Hunter Drive as prepared by William Mills,
Village Engineer, as submitted on April 15th, and authorize the Clerk to
advertise for bids in the official and trade papers, said bids to be
taken at 8:00 P. M. on May 5, 1970 at the Village Hall.
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.
Motion carried.
Moved by Raymond Bosch to authorize the Village Clerk to advertise for
bids in the official paper and trade paper, using the form similar to the
1969 bid for gravel and oil, said bids to be taken at 8:15 P. M. on May
5, 1970 at the Village Hall.
Seconded by Arthur Theis
Motion carried
Moved by Raymond Bosch that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 6:40 P. M.
