RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO METRO PAVERS, INC FOR TRAILS PHASE
FOUR PAY ESTIMATE #3
WHEREAS: City Council awarded Metro Pavers, Inc. the contract for the construction of
Trails Phase Four. Bid let by the Iowa Department of Transportation, STP—E- 7662(609) -8V-
52.
WHEREAS: Metro Pavers, Inc. has now presented a partial payment for (38 %) for the
amount of payment for $85,238.52.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City Council of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize the Mayor
and the City Clerk to make payment on the Pay Estimate #3 and sign appropriate forms.
At a regular meeting of City Council on the 14th day of December 2011 Resolution 2011 -60
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO METRO PAVERS, INC FOR TRAILS PHASE
FOUR PAY ESTIMATE #3 was introduced by Councilperson Travis Weipert and made a motion
for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Chris Ball.
AYES: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Travis Weipert
NAY: None
ABSENT: Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen
WHEREUPON with: three votes for approval, Mayor Phillips now declares Resolution 2011 -60
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO METRO PAVERS, INC FOR TRAILS PHASE
FOUR PAY ESTIMATE # 3 passed and confirms this action by affixing his signature.
Passed and approved this 14th day of December of 2011.
