ADOPTING L BUDGET FOR THE SAID VILLAO,R'FOR THE PERIOD OF OCTOBER ,1949 SEP TO : TE:4HBR 30, `1950, IN THE AMOUNT OF $93,076.811. Mr. Webb informed the council 'pat .the Village had received a letter.from the Dade County Anti Mosquito District requesting er- mission to fly their planes over the Villageto spray inseetiCides. After discussion the council authorised the. Town Manager to grant this permission. The ToUn Manager also reported that it would be neeessary to? replace the sanitary .sewer torn up -in the State right of way in - front of the Kenilworth Hotel and this would-be done, from,surplue' as soon as he_could get a figure from* contractor. After a brief disoussionion the Village nine montel audit, on motion duly made, seconded and carried the meetieg'adjourned.
