Special Meeting of the FrF Town Council was held Oct. 16, 1974
to appoint a Board of Zoning Adjustments for a period of three
(3) yrs.
Meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m. by mayor Leonard.
Councilmen present were Ronald Erwin and Steven Morrow. Also
clerk Alta Gesellman
Clerk stated notice of meeting had been posted in U.S. Postoffice
Fraser, Colorado and also published in the Sky -Hi News Friday
Oct. 11, 1974.
Five resident property owners of the town of Fraser have ask to
serve on the board. They are Jerry Bickle, Mogan Rodgers,
William Edwards, William Fisher and Thomas Smith.
There being no other interested citzens the Mayor stated he
hereby appointed the above five men to serve on the Board of
Zoning Adjustments with William Edwards to serve as chairman.
Moved by Morrow, 2nd by Erwin and carried that appointments be
accepted.
Two warrants were presented Henry Boglino preparation
of Budget 1975 $85.00 and Monte Rogers Salary less taxes
Oct. 1 15 '74 266.58.
Moved by Erwin, 2nd by Morrow and carried meeting adjourn
at 8:00 p.m.
