AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $35,734.90, DEMAND CHECK NUMBERS

THE CARSON HOUSING AUTHORITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERiMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:

DEMAND NUMBERS HA -001146 THROUGH HA -001156. THE AUTHORITY
TREASURER IS HEREBY DIRECTED TO PAY, OUT OF THE FUNDS NAMED HEREON,
TO EACH OF THE CLAIMANTS LISTED ABOVE, THE AMOUNT OF WARRANT
APPEARING OPPOSITE THEIR RESPECTIVE NAMES, FOR THE PURPOSE STATED ON
THE RESPECTIVE DEMANDS, MAKING A TOTAL OF 535,734.90.
