RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BICYCLES FROM THE
CARTERET HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Carteret Housing Authority (the "Housing
Authority") has offered bicycles to the Borough of Carteret (the
"Borough") which will facilitate the establishment of a Bicycle Patrol,
by the Carteret Police Department; and
WHEREAS, in return for said bicycles the Borough will expand the
amount of police services provided to the facilities owned by the
Housing Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1.) The bicycles offered by the Housing Authority are accepted.
2.) The Borough Attorney is directed to prepare an agreement with
the Housing Authority.
Adopted this 5th day of June, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 6, 1997.
