A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON HOUSING AUTHORITY RATIFYING CLAIMS
AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF 51,165,340.60, DEMAND CHECK NUMBERS

THE CARSON HOUSING AUTHORITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following claims and demands have been audited as required by law and
are hereby ratified in the amount hereinafter set forth:

DEMAND NUMBERS HA -001116 THROUGH HA -001119. THE AUTHORITY
TREASURER IS HEREBY DIRECTED TO PAY, OUT OF THE FUNDS NAMED HEREON,
TO EACH OF THE CLAIMANTS LISTED ABOVE, THE AMOUNT OF WARRANT
APPEARING OPPOSITE THEIR RESPECTIVE NAMES, FOR THE PURPOSE STATED ON
THE RESPECTIVE DEMANDS, MAKING A TOTAL OF $1,165,340.60.
