MOTION 2010 -013
I move that the Town Staff be directed to review Utility Department revenues and
customer bills and develop options and fiscal implications of alternatives for:
The application of the high use surcharge to the entire bill;
The calculation of the sewer rate in relation to winter quarter.
Staff is to present this information to the Utility Rate Advisory Committee in January,
with a report from URAC due to the Council in February
