RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 'RENEWAL OF VARIOUS
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL LIC~I~SES
FOR THE 1997-1998 LIC~I~SE '£~zKM.
WHEREAS, pttrsuant to an Act entztled, An Act Concernzng Alcoholic
Beverages", as amended and also by certain rules and regulations
adopted by the Governing Body of the BoroUgh of Carte~et, applica-
tions have been made by the undersigned in due and proper form and
have paid the necessary fees therefor; and
WHEREAS, no objections have been made as to any of 'the applications
made by the undersigned for renewal.
NOW, THEREfoRE0 BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Bordugh of Carteret, in the County of Middlesex, State
of New Jersey, that a Plenary Retail Consumption, a Plenary Retail
Distribution, or a Club License be granted and issued to the person,
persons, partnerships, corporations or clubs, as herein set out be-
low; and
BE IT FUtLTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby
authorized and directed to issue licenses to the applicants listed,
in accordance With the applications heretofore made and approved,
having said licenses become effective July 1; 1997 and to expire
June 30, 1998;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Reso-
lution be forwarded, With original applications and proper fees, to
the State of New Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control,
Licensing Bureau, CN 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
Adopted the 19th day of June, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on JUNE 20~ 1997.
