MOTION 2011 -022
That Town Council authorize the Town Manager to request an "Administrative
Settlement Request" for approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and
the Virginia Department of Aviation (VDOA) with respect to a land acquisition to
secure an "object free zone" in order to comply with Federal and State Regulations.
