I move to Modify the decision of the Board of Architectural Review in Case TLHP
2011 -0034, as rendered on 18 July 2011, to permit ACM panels on the entry element
that are matte black, white, aluminum and silver in color as depicted on the illustration
titled "Star Buick GMC Proposed Elevations, Option B" dated June 30, 2011 and
prepared by Penny Design Group.
