MOTION 2011 -040
I move that the Town Council direct staff to draft language, to amend the Zoning
Ordinance to incorporate "Option 5" as described in this staff report and
Attachment 1, to not require on -site residential parking for residential
development on parcels that are 4,000 square feet or less that lie within an area
bounded by North, South, Liberty and Church Streets. I further move that the
Town Council direct staff to amend the Zoning Ordinance Ito address "Option
2 ", to extend the payment in -lieu option specified in TLZO Section 11.4.3 to
residential uses.
