RESOLUTION NO. 2015-05-05
A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH JRS ENGINEERING CONSULTANT,
LLC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. That the Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with JRS Engineering
Consultant, LLC. for engineering services with a term to expire December 31, 2015.
2. That the Town Manager is authorized to execute a contract with Bowman Consulting Group,
LTD. for supplemental engineering services with a term to expire on December 31, 2015.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
THIS 6th DAY OF MAY, 2015.
