I move to rescind the motion approved at the November 13, 2012 meeting of the Town
Council which directed staff to alter Project D of the Phase I Downtown Improvement
Projects, as approved by Town Council on September 14, 2010 in order to eliminate the
concrete curbing extending from the triangle area along the Market Street frontage
