I move that Council endorse the referral comment letter dated April 10, 2013 for ZMAP
2012 -0021, Crosstrail; SPEX 2012 -0047 Crosstrail Hotel; SPEX 2012 -0048 Crosstrail
Gas Pumps; and SPEX 2012 -0049, Crosstrail Outdoor Sales, first submission, and that
the letter be forwarded to county staff.
