MOTION 2013 -020
I move that the Town Council accept the Utility Rate Advisory Committee presentation
of April 8, 2013 and direct staff to develop a Request For Proposal (RFP) to secure the
services of a utility rate setting consultant using the URAC presentation as part of the
parameters for the scope of work. Staff is further directed to bring the draft REP back to
the Town Council for review before it is issued
