MOTION 2013-024
The Town Council hereby moves to approve a settlement and directs payment to the
property owner of 231-38-6627-000 in exchange for the conveyance by the property
owner of a permanent sidewalk easement and temporary construction easement across
the property necessary for the Church Street Improvements Project
