Pronet Partners Opens Office in Village at Leesburg
“Spec” Office Space Attracts First Tenant
Leesburg, VA (March 26, 2010) – Pronet Partners, the marketing division of Pronet
Technologies, has leased 3,500 square feet of office space at 1602 Village Market Boulevard SE
in the Village at Leesburg.
Pronet Partners is a multi‐functional marketing and creative services firm that was founded in
2009. It specializes in a full spectrum of graphic design, branding, web development and
marketing programs. Its parent company, Pronet Technologies, provides information
technology solutions and data management support to a range of financial, medical and legal
companies nationwide.
"This sub‐market is bursting with start‐up and entrepreneurial‐driven companies, and there
exists a tremendous opportunity for us to tap into the energy here," explained Dan Hine,
President and CEO of Pronet Partners. For more information about the company, please visit
their website at www.yourpronetpartners.com.
The company’s new location is one of four “spec” office suites at the Village at Leesburg
featuring pre‐configured tenant build‐out aimed at attracting professional office users wanting
immediate occupancy. Sperry Van Ness/Vaaler Real Estate, based in Leesburg, is the exclusive
commercial real estate brokerage marketing and leasing the “spec” office space. The three
remaining “spec” suites range from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet of space. The building contains
an additional 106,000 square feet of new shell space.
Rich Vaaler, managing partner of Sperry Van Ness/Vaaler Real Estate, noted, “The Pronet lease
is just the tip of the iceberg, as several firms are negotiating leases for space ranging to 1,500 to
20,000 square feet. The leasing market in Leesburg is seeing a lot of new activity.”
“The mindset of 2009 is over. Companies are ready to grow and they are finding that Leesburg
is a great place to do business,” Vaaler added.
