I originally asked for a public record which is a section of the code that regulates plants in the right -of -way. A year later you responded by directing me to your entire code published on your website. I could not find the record I seek on the Town's website as you directed me. I then asked you a second time for this specific record and if the record does not exist, I asked you to tell me the record doesn't exist. In response to my second request you again directed me to your web site. Unfortunately, I searched your entire published code again for this record and I still can't find it. If the record I seek does not exist, please tell me. If the record exists, please provide it. I make this public record request under the same terms and provisions stated in my original request for this same public record. (a) The public record which is the specific section number AND section language of the Town of Crulf Stream Code which prohibits planting landscape plants in the right -of -way. (b) The public record which is the specific section number AND section language of the Town of Gulf Stream Code which mandates or otherwise requires removal of any landscape plants placed in the right - of-way. (c) The portion of any minutes of any public meeting where any discussion ofplants in the right -of -way was discussed. Please note that pursuant to the public records laws, the duty of the Town of Gulf Stream is to provide access to or copies of public records at a reasonable time in reasonable conditions. The Town of Gulf Stream is not required to give out information from these records nor give legal advice about these records. To produce the documents for GS #452 and GS #453 (C) that you have requested, the Town of Gulf Stream estimates the need for 1.5 hours of administrative support at $36.39 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Star. § 119.07(4)(d). If the costs of producing these documents will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial production of responsive records and an estimate for the production of any additional responsive records. If the costs of production are less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the responsive records and a refund. If you would like to narrow the scope of your request, for example, by identifying a particular document type or date range, the Town may be able to provide these records at a lower cost.
