I move to rescind Motion 2013-025 of May 14, 2013, Plan A (King Street Design), and
Motion 2013-035 of July 9, 2013 that amended the Downtown Improvements Project as
it relates to King Street in the vicinity of Lightfoot restaurant in order to create an area of
passenger loading, per the drawing labeled as Plan A, Version 5
