Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission June 6, 2001
A regular meeting of the Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission was brought to order
by Chair Steve Berner at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 6, 2001. Planning and Zoning
members present: Steve Berner, Melvin Reeve, Terry Richardson and Tina Walls.
Absent: Sandy Huedepohl. Also present: Mayor Potter, Jim Bartels, Karin Dils.
Jim Bartels presented request from Dorothy Allen for voluntary annexation request for
her property.
Motion Walls, second Berner to recommend acceptance of voluntary annexation
application from Dorothy Allen for her property located directly on the north edge of the
city. Ayes: Berner, Walls, Richardson and Reeve. Nays: None. Absent: Hudepohl.
Members reviewed old business.
Member Huedepohl will be unable to attend meeting for an undetermined length of time
due to family illness. Members recommended appointment of Dave Shaffer as an
interium member to the Planning and Zoning for this period of time that Huedepohl will
be unable to attend meetings.
Motion Walls, second Richardson to adjourn. Motion can.-d. 7:20 p.m.
