MOTION 2014-009
I move that the Town Council accept the Technology and Communication
Commission IT Strategic Plan and direct that for each initiative expected to be
completed by the end of FY15, an implementation plan be completed and
brought back to Council. The plans to include a fiscal and cost benefit analysis, a
review of available alternatives, and a proposed implementation schedule.
