IN THE MATTER OF THE PROPOSED
IMPROVEMENT OF
WOOLLEY STREET ( A PRIVATE STREET)
AND OTHER RIGHTS OF WAY
TEMPLE CITY IMPROVEMENT NO. 1
FINDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANI-
TARY SEWERS NECESSARY AS A HEALTH
MEASURE
WHEREAS, the Health Officer of the City of Temple City has
filed a written recommendation with the City Council of the City of
Temple City that proceedings be commenced for the construction of sani-
tary sewers in Woolley Street (A Private Street) and other rights of
way under Temple City Improvement No. 1, and that such proceedings are
necessary as a health measure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this City Council hereby
finds and determines that proceedings for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Woolley Street ( A Private Street) and other rights of way,
under Temple City Improvement No. 1, are necessary as a health mea-
sure.
The foregoino resolution was on the 23d day of April, 1962,'
adopted by not less than a four - fifths vote of all members of the
City Council of the City of Temple City, State of California.
