MOTION 2015-017
I move that rezoning application TLZM 2013-0006, Crescent Parke, be remanded back to
the Planning Commission for purposes of resolving rezoning and proffer related issues.
Further the Planning Commission will report back to the Town Council prior to the Town
Council's second meeting in January.
