RESOLUTION APPRDVING THE RENEWAL OF
ALOOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL LICENSE NO. 1201-33-038-003
~OR THE 1997-1998 LIC~I~SE: T~ WITH
WHEREAS, pursuant 'to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Bev-
~ erages", as. Jmmnded and also by certain rules and regulations adopted
by the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, application for. renewal
A B C License No 1201~33-03~'003. for the 1997-1998 License
Tern has been {nade by t~e ~ndersigned. in due 'and proper form and has paid
the necessary fees therefor; and
WH~, objection(s) has/have been made as to the renewal of A.B.C. Li-
cense No. 1201-33-038-0Q3 'for the 1997-1998 License Term; and
WHEREAS, due to said objection(s), Special Condition(s) shall be imposed
upon said License.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND 'IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that

- in the Borough of Carteret shall be renewed for the 1997~1998 A.B.C.
License Tern with ~ NO SPECIAL CONDITION.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby au~h- '
orized and directed to issue an ~.B.C. License to the applicant, in
accordance with the application heretofore made and approved, said license
to be effective on July 1, 19~7 and to expire on June 30, 1998.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded, with original application and proper fee, to the State of
New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau,
CN 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
