Pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A) (3) of the Code of Virginia, I move that the Leesburg Town
Council convene in a closed meeting for the purpose of discussion and receiving
information regarding:
a. Discussion of the potential sale of public property—Cedar Walk Subdivision, Parcel
B, Section 1
