RESOLUTION APPRDVING THE RENEWAL OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL LICENSE NO. 1201-33=043-001
FOR THE 1997-1998 LIC~IqSE: 'I'P~M WITH SPECIAL CO~
WHEREAS, pursuant 'to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Bev-
'~ erages", as' Jnmnd~d and also by certain rules and regulations adopted
by thd Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, application for. renewal
of A.B.C. License No. 1201-33-043-001 · for the 1997-1998 License
Tern has been {made by the ~ndersigned. in due and proper form and has paid
the necessary fees therefor; and
WHEREAS, objection(s) has/haVe been made as to the renewal of A.B.C. Li-
cense No. 1201-33-043-001 'for the 1997-1998 License Term; and
WHEREAS, du~ to said objection(s), Special Condition(s) shall be in~osed
upon said License.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND 'IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by t~e Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that

in the Borough of Carteret shall be renewed for the 1997-1998 A.B.C.
License Term with SpeCial Condition(s) that MANAGEMENT MUST MAKE
FREQIYENT, PERIODIC INSPECTIONS OF THE PARKING LOT
DURING ALL HOURS OF OPERATION.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby auth- '
orized and directdd to issue an ~.B.C. License to the applicant, in
accordance with the application heretofore made and approved, said license
to be effective on July 1, 1997 and to expire on June 30, 1998.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded, with original application and proper fee, to the State of
New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau',
C~ 087, Trenton, New Jerse~ 08625-0087.
