RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF
ALOOHOLIC BEVERAGE (DNTROL LICENSE NO. 1201-32-031-007
FOR THE 1997'1998 LICENSE: 'I'~F~ WITH SPECIAL CO~
WHEREAS, pursuant 'to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Bev-
erages , as amen and also by certain rules and regulations adopted
by the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, application for renewal
of A.B.C. License No. 1201-32-031-007' for the 1997-1998 L{cense
Term has been ~nade by the undersigned, in due "and proper form and has paid
the necessary fees therefor; and
WHEREAS, objection(s) has/have been mada as to the renewal of A.B.C. Li-
cense No, 1201-32-031-00.7 ..'for the 1997-1998 License Term; and
WHEREAS, du~ to said objection(s), Special Condition(s) shall be imposed
upon said License.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND 'IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by t~e Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that

TRADING AS BRIDGES
PPd~4ISES AT 1241 ROOSEVELT AVENUE
in the Borough of Carteret shall be renewed for the 1997~1998 A.B.C.
License Term with SpeCial Condition(s) that THE LICENSE HOLDER
MAINTAIN FOUR 94) SECURITY PERSONNEL WHO SHALL MAIN-
TAIN SECURITY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF PPd~ISE DURING
ALL HOURS OF OPERATION.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,. that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby auth- '
orized and directed to issue an ~.B.C. License to the applicant, in
accordance with the application heretofore made and approved, said license
to be effective on July 1, 19~7 and to expire on June 30, 1998. ~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded, with original application and proper fee, to the State of
New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau,
CN 087, Trenton, New Jerse~ 08625-0087.
