RESOLLrfION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF
VARIOUS ADDITIONAL A.B.C. LIC~qSES
FOR THE 1997-1998 LICenSE '£~ilM
WHEREAS, pursuant to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Bev-
erages", as amended and also by certain rules and ~regul.ation? adopted by
the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, appiicatxons nave peen
made by the undersigned in proper fora and have paid the necessary fees
therefor; and
WHEREAS, no objections have been made as to any of the applications made
Dy the undersigned for renewal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, in the County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey,
that a Plenary Retail Consumption, a Plenary Retail Distribution, a Club
License be granted and issued to the ~erson, persons, partnerships, corpor-
ations or clubs, as herein set outbe ow:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby auth-
orized and directed to issue licenses to the applicants listed, in accord-
ance with the applications heretofore made and approved, having said
licenses become effective for the 1997-1998 License Term.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution be
forwarded, with original application and proper fee, to the State of New
Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage ContrOl, Licensing B~reau, CN 087,
Trenton, New Jersey 08625~0087.
Adopted the 26th day of June, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on JUNE 27, 1997.
