Gorgeous Lawns Inc., and its subcontractors, and The Village of Key Biscayne have entered into
an agreement for vegetation / tree debris removal resulting from Hurricane Katrina based upon the
following terms and conditions:
1. Gorgeous Lawns and its subcontractors agree to perform vegetation/tree debris pick up,
hauling of the debris to a temporary site (to be provided by the Village of Key Biscayne)
and grinding of the debris at a charge of $28.00 per cubic yard.
2. Gorgeous Lawns and its subcontractors agree to perform vegetation/tree debris pick up
and hauling to temporary site (to be provided by the Village of Key Biscayne) at a charge of
$17.00 per cubic yard.
