Motion to go into a Closed Meeting, Pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(7) of the Code
of Virginia, I move that the Leesburg Town Council convene in a closed meeting for
the purpose of discussion and receiving information regarding:
a. Pending litigation: Exeter HOA v. Town of Leesburg
