RE: 5 13th Lane - Pool
Dear Mr. Shaw:
My review is limited to drainage issues and land disturbing activities. I have not attempted to duplicate the
work of the Planning Commission or City staff with regard to setbacks, density, zoning, tree protection or
subdivision regulation issues.
Based on the pool being entirely over existing concrete, I do not feel a drainage plan is necessary.
Additionally, my site observations and SAGIS LI DAR do not give me any concerns.
From the sketch, the pool design appears to use the existing concrete for perimeter deck. Not undermining
the existing concrete surface will be a challenge. Should any of the existing concrete be removed, beyond
the limits of the pool (scaling from the drawing), I believe work should cease and a drainage plan be
required.
