A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INCREASED RENTAL FEES AND DEPOSIT
FOR THE IONA COMMUNITY CENTER,
WHEREAS, the increased rental activity has caused an increase to building
cleaning and maintenance.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and the Council of the City of
Iona, that the City of Iona hereby authorizes the increase of building rent as set forth
below:
1. MULTI -PURPOSE HALL OR CITY COUNCIL ROOM
$35 /HOUR (up to 4 hours) or $200 /day
$60 /hour (up to 4 hours) or $300 /day for both rooms
2. RESERVATION FEE
$50 (Non-refundable to be paid two weeks prior to reservations
applies toward rental)
3. MULTI -PURPOSE HALL
(Negotiable for on -going classes in dance, aerobics, etc)
4. DOWNSTAIRS ROOM
$25 /HOUR (up to 4 hours) or $125 /DAY
5. CLEANING DEPOSIT
$300 (check will be held and returned if building is left clean)
6. DISCOUNT FOR IONA RESIDENTS
Iona residents will receive 20% off the above listed rental fees excluding
deposit.
7. SECURITY
Security may be required for special events beginning at $25/hour
