Hideaway Massage Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Scheduled for
Thursday, April 29, 2010
New business opens in Historic Downtown Leesburg
Leesburg, VA (April 20, 2010) – At 12:00 noon on Thursday, April 29, 2010, Town of Leesburg
officials will hold a ribbon cutting for Hideaway Massage, located at 217 South King Street, Suite
1, in Historic Downtown Leesburg.
Open since October 2009, Hideaway Massage offers personal & couples massage, reflexology,
aromatherapy and services for those with acute and chronic conditions including Lyme disease,
fibromyalgia, depression, arthritis and cancer. Owner Alison Shorb supports and participates in
downtown and community efforts by offering free chair massages at events like First Friday and
the upcoming March of Dimes March for Babies.
Ms. Shorb, who is a Certified Massage Therapist, opened Hideaway Massage “to fulfill my vision
of a personal and affordable place where you can slip away from the stress, noise and demands
of everyday life….even for just a short while.”
