Key Biscayne Library Maintenance twice per month. Includes mowing,
trimming, flower beds kept free of weeds, keeping branches at 7' ft. clearance,
removing clippings & cuttings, fertilization every three months, and lawns &
bushes sprayed for insects.

TREES: LOWER BRANCHES WILL BE KEPT AT 7' FT CLEARENCE
ALL CLIPPING & CUTTING WILL BE REMOVE AFTER EACH SERVICE
PARKING LOT & SIDEWALK AREA: WILL BE CLEAN AFTER EACH SERVICE
LAWN & BUSHES WILL BE FERTILIZE EVERY 3 MONTHS
LAWN & BUSHES WILL BE SPRAYED FOR INSECTS AS NEEDED
ALL OF THE SERVICES MENTIONED ABOVE WILL BE RENDERED FOR THE TOTAL
PRICE OF $ 380.00 DOLLARS PER SERVICE BASED ON TWICE A MONTH
SERVICE.
