Motion to Initiate Amendments to Article 3 of the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance for
the Purpose of Adding a New Land Development Application Type ‘Minor Special
Exception’ and to Consider Submittal Requirements and an Appropriate Fee for Such
Application Type; and to Clarify and Amend Performance Standards in Section
3.4.15. B., and Include Use of the Minor Special Exception Process in 3.4.15 A.; and
to Comprehensively Review the Zoning Ordinance to add Minor Special Exceptions
as an Application Type for Specific Uses Throughout the Ordinance and Consider
Related Performance Standards in Article 9.
