Motion to Authorize the Town Manager to Hire a Federal Lobbyist for the Purpose
of Establishing an Air Traffic Control Tower at the Leesburg Executive Airport; and
Authorizing a Letter of Request for Funding to the Loudoun County Board of
Supervisors and Virginia Department of Aviation and to add the dollar amount of
$36,000 to the Resolution.
