Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, will condudt a
Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 12, 2003 at 6:30 p.m. at the Tiffm Fire Station
regarding the proposed adoption of an Acaess Regulation Ordinance. This ordinance
.wohld assist in regulating the number, spacing and development of additional access /-
points along proposed and existing arterial corridors within the City of Tiffin and provide 1
a comprehensive access regulation program that will assist in preservation of prescribed
roadways, prescribed roadway capacity, reduce delays and allow for,compatible land use
an economic development with the prescribed roadway corridors. The proposed Access
