A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A CONTRACT WITH O'MELVENY & MYERS AS
SPECIAL COUNSEL IN RESPECT TO THE ESTAB-
LISHMENT OF A PARKING DISTRICT OR DISTRICTS
PURSUANT TO THE VEHICLE PARKING DISTRICT
ACT OF 1943.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE

AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Temple City is
hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Temple City, a contract with O'Melveny & Myers in the form
and content of the agreement between O'Melveny & Myers and the
City presented to the City Council on July 23, 1962, a true
and correct copy of which said contract is on file with the
City Clerk and made a part hereof by reference as though set
forth in full.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 13th day of August, 1.962.
