HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 62-224RESOLUTION NO. 62 -224 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING A PETTY CASH FUND OF $200.00 WHEREAS, the City of Temple City on June 27th, 1960, estab- lished a Petty Cash Fund in the amount of $100.00 WHEREAS, for the efficient operation of the City it is nec- essary to increase the amount of this fund to the amount of $200.00. NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: The established petty cash fund be increased from the sum of $100.00 to the sum of $200.00. SECTION 2: This fund shall be reimbursed periodically by checks of the City of Temple City, signed by the Mayor, Treasurer, and City Clerk made out to LaVina Nixon, the Custodian of said fund. SECTION 3: This fund shall be expended by City Officials for necessary and actual expenses incurred by them in the conduct of City business. SECTION 4: Accurate and complete records of all such ex- penditure made from said fund shall be submitted by the City Officials to and retained by the fund Custodian. SECTION 5: This fund shall be subject to audit periodical- ly by the auditor of the City of Temple City. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 1962. ATTEST: �..)zrragel, City C er< 300
