A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, VACATING
EASEMENT WITHIN TRACT 10558 PURSUANT TO
ORDINANCE NO. 62 -77 AND PUBLIC SERVICE
EASEMENTS VACATION LAW
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
SOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
HEREBY RE,
SECTION 1. On June 11, 1962, the City Council of the City
of Temple City adopted Ordinance No. 62 -77, wherein and whereby the
City Council of the City of Temple City declared its intention to
proceed to vacate that certain easement hereinafter described in Sec.r
tion 2, pursuant to Article 5, Title 5, Division 1 of the Government'
Code. (Public Service Easements Vacation Law) (Gov. Code 50430- 50445)
SECTION 2. The easement, subject of Ordinance No. 62 -77 and
this Resolution is described as follows:
The southerly 57 feet of Lot 35 of Tract 10558 as per map re-
corded in Book 178, pages 4 and 5 of Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County
SECTION 3. On August 13, 1962; at

City, California, the City Council duly held

SECTION 4. The City Council of the City of Temple City ex-
pressly finds from all of the evidence submitted that the easement des-
cribed in Section 2 of this Resolution and as shown on Tract Map 10558
is unnecessary for present or prospective public use and the City Coun-
cil does hereby order the vacation thereof.
SECTION 5. The Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County, California.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 1962.
