MOTION 2017-197
I move pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(3) and 2.2-3711(A)(7) of the Code of Virginia
that the Leesburg Town Council convene in a closed meeting for the purpose of
discussing the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and for consultation
with legal counsel pertaining to actual litigation.
